14TH EDITION OF DELIVERY OF SCHOOL CARE VOUCHERS

In order to promote the excellence and success of pupils and students, to support parents, and to promote the development of education, the Autonomous District of Yamoussoukro proceeded with the delivery of school support vouchers on Wednesday January 29 2025 at the ISCAE Private College located in Kami.
The 14th edition of the said ceremony took place under the effective presence of Mrs. Mariam BAMBA, 1st Vice-Governor, representing the Minister Governor, Doctor Augustin THIAM, the prefectural body and the authorities of the town halls of Attiégouakro and Yamoussoukro, Mr. Koa Frédéric Secretary General of DRENA representing Mr. DRENA, the Directors and Deputy Directors of the Autonomous District of Yamoussoukro, religious guides, traditional leaders, officials and students of the ISCAE private college.
The ceremony began with a libation made by the notables of Kami and the salute to the colors.
Addressing the series of speeches, Mr. KOUADIO Kouassi Urbain, Director of the ISCAE Private College, welcomed all the authorities and the guests. 
Then, Mrs. Mariam BAMBA, 1st Vice-Governor, sent her sincere thanks to the officials of the Higher Institute of Commerce and Business Administration (ISCAE), who without hesitation opened the doors of their establishment to host the ceremony. Also, she took the opportunity to convey to Minister Mariatou KONÉ her sincere congratulations and thanks for the high quality of the work she is carrying out, to restore her Ministry to its letters of nobility.
Furthermore, during her speech, Mrs. Assiata FOFANA, Director of Human Promotion (DPH), expressed her deep gratitude to the Minister Governor of the Autonomous District of Yamoussoukro, Doctor Augustin THIAM without forgetting the officials of the ISCAE Private College. She also said that last year 1,200 students were supported. Today, a total of 100 million CFA francs have been made available to 1,500 beneficiary students, including 13 students from the college which is hosting the ceremony. Madam Director of Human Promotion, to motivate students to work, declared in these words: “This support offered to you is not only a gesture of generosity, it is an investment in your future and in the future of our country. 

In addition, the students, represented by Miss Saraka Deborah, student enrolled in second G1, expressed their gratitude to the Minister Governor, to all the authorities present, as well as to the members of the educational community for their unwavering support and dedication to their establishment. To demonstrate their joy, they performed ballets, which did not leave the public indifferent.
The school support voucher award ceremony concluded with a cocktail offered by the Minister Governor.
